A "SNOW EMERGENCY" HAS BEEN DECLARED in Whittemore starting 6:00pm Monday, January 8th THRU 3:00 pm Tuesday, January 9th.This means no person shall park or leave unattended any vehicle or equipment on any public street or alley during a snow occurrence or during snow removal efforts for the full duration of this declaration. Fines will be issued.
Please remember it is also illegal to throw or move snow from private property onto the city streets or alleys.
