A "Snow EMERGENCY" has been declared effective 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 22 THRU 12:00 Noon Friday, January 24.
This means no person shall park or leave unattended any vehicle on any public street or alley during a snow occurence or during snow removal efforts and for the full duration of this event.
