A "Snow Emergency" has been declared starting at 6:00 a.m. Wednesday, April 18, THRU 12:00 Noon Thursday, April 19.
This means no person shall park or leave unattended any vehicle on any public street, alley or city-owned off street parking area during a snow occurence or during snow removal efforts, and for the full duration of this declaration.
ATTENTION! Due to the "soft" conditions of alleys and the nature of this preducted late-season snowstorm, the City will avoid trying to plow the alleyways unless there is an emergency, at which time there will be an immediate response.
