SNOW EMERGENCY DECLARED!

A "SNOW EMERGENCY" IS DECLARED beginning 4:00 p.m. Thursday, February 8 (today) thru 5:00 p.m. Friday, February 9.

This means no person shall park or leave unattended any vehicle on any public street, alley or city-owned off street parking area during a snow occurence or during snow removal efforts and the full timeframe named in this declaration.  Fines will be applicable.
