A "SNOW EMERGENCY" has been declared effective 4:00 P.M. Friday, December 16, thru 9:00 a.m. Monday, December 19.
This means no person shall park or leave unattended any vehicle on any public street, alley or city-owned off street parking area "during a snow occurence or during snow removal efforts".
Residents are being asked to remove any vehicles parked on a city street or alley in Whittemore during the above-stated timeframe. If vehicles are found to be in violation of this declaration, fines will be issued and vehicles are subject to tow.
